all that hunting's really tiring..!

we've seen quite a few in Fernvale but nothing seems to fit all our requirements... it's a big step so we cannot be hasty about it right?!!!
it has got to meet our criteria with the following must have:

corner
less than 10 years old
unblock preferrably
under valuation
minimum renovation best!

must like the place (!!!) of course

importantly, to meetour budget :)

this is an asset that we need not be a slave to it mah~!
