here i am.. jotting down my FIRST entry for the year in 2008 ~
yes i'm SO late in this ain't it? not on the very 1st day but urm... 11th day of the New Year~!
LOL ~ can't help it lah~ m a busy gal :P
life goes on, no matter what kinda situations/ challenges you might encounter but its all part of our "growing up" or should i say .... "growing old" experiences ~! my dear fren Ros was "complaining" about hitting the next level .. duhz ~ i'll hit that faster than u by 2 months lah~ so dun worry about that! hahaha...
new year, new expectations?
work's still alright but i won't say its easy cause everyone has their own perspective about things.
i'm trying to be as fair as possible and supportive to my team however i hope they will likewise understand why the changes and the basis of where its heading, and not misunderstood me for "exploiting" which is so NOT TRUE ~!
in the meantime, the basic principles need to be in placed and enforced ~ not SUKA SUKA anytime wanna change and then change.. which has got to get this straight ASAP to avoid future conflicts right?!

p.s. Jermaine steady steady k~ only just started. so no worries lah~
