my final working day for the year 2007 and it's LONG WEEKEND + GOOD break from the office and back to work (again~) in the NEW Year 2008!

movie marathon this holiday season (nope ~ it's not 1 shot 3 movies into the wee hours of the night kind lah BUT more like watching movie err.. almost every day!), can't help it - so many movies to watch but so LITTLE time! 
National Treasure
long awaited and so wanted to watch this adventure thriller, though i sure hope it will not disappoint me... oh well, you know lah.. when it comes to urm.. trilogy kinda movies hor ~ sometimes can be quite disappointing!

not exactly a fan of either Aliens or Predators lah ~
cause personally, i feel that this movie quite violent leh! hahaha.. cos all these creations like to do is kill, kill, kill one leh :P

Yes, i know.. i'm late le lah and i think this movie's going to stop screening le! duhz... how, how...? so many movies, so little time!

seems quite interesting leh~ maybe will watch cause having caught their trailer, m so WOW by their display of wide array of mouth watering dishes!

Christmas and counting....
it seemed just like moments ago when we celebrated Christmas and here we are, counting down to year 2008~! time sure flies!
it was really nice to see you guys again~ been a long time and i missed the CRAPPY sessions :) Thank You all for the wonderful gifts and most importantly, the well wishes and as always, it's the thought that counts lah~!
movie watching has always been one of my FAVOURITE entertainments!
oh well... considering the fact that the figure(s) of AGE has somehow been knocking on my senses for some time now ~ duhz ~ i would have preferred to entertain myself with other activities loh~!
anyway, just a quick recap of the past movies that i've watched thus far...
WARLORDS - i caught this with Mom and Gracie; it's quite a BLOODY show though i still couldn't quite understand why Gracie got kinda emotional about this movie.. aiyah~ it's only a show mah! besides, having known where this movie is coming from, i'm kinda expecting lotsa people dying le~
Chipmunks - watched this on a rainy day after changing my mind (was not going to catch it at 1st); Gracie went studying - don't kill me sis, hahaha... didn't jio you after i changed my mind lah cause i thought, might as well let you STUDY mah~!
Good LUCK Chuck - such a funny movie and quite entertaining, though i watched it NOT in the theatre! would recommend this if you're in for a good laugh to distress AND the lead actress Jessica Alba is SOOOOO HOT!!! though her character's REALLY BLUR and CLUMSY lah~
I am Legend - my heart went ALL out to man's BEST friend, Sam... so sad when it died from protecting her owner. SOb sOB! though alittle like Castaway - when the main lead Will Smith has no one but himself in NYC. still entertaining so go WATCH it~!

our very LATE lunch on 8 Dec 2007; trying out this new joint near our office - steamboat buffet lunch.
the very different kinds of sauces/ dips to go with our wide selection of meats and vegetables. their "ZAO PAI" sauce will be this special chilli dip (totally tasty) with garlic and shrimp paste. MUST TRY!
soup base charged separately - we had the normal chix soup and tom yum flavor, priced at SGD 2 each.
desserts included ~ WOW ~ pumkin dessert soup - very interesting eh?! 
Ultimately, a very YUMMY lunch and totally VALUE for money considering their FRESH ingredients and tasty soups!
each of us paid around $22 each including tax and service charge.
no pictures of Ros's birthday pressie - cause i didn't have a chance to take it.. haha.. oh well, doesn't matter~ hope you like your pressie gal~!
