was practically out of the office for the past week so i'm really LAGGING in my posting! this is really not good cause i'll have so much to input just to catch up..!

one of my weekdays
besides the usual WORK issues and sometimes work related "can piss me off" kinda situations, time sure pass REAL quickly! been busying with the interviews but i'm glad to meet up with ah Boss, Darren & LJ for lunch one day, for that yummy "kway chap" along MacPherson!

beginning of my weekend
went to try out this new joint along Orchard Road which Ros recommended.
it was "Ladies Night" hence a flat fee for all ladies that includes free flow of alcoholic drinks + yummy chocolate buffet + free munchies + nutz!
not bad for the price you pay (less than $36 after tax) with so much to drink (cocktails, wine, beer, martinis etc!) and really GOOD quality chocolate desserts! we had mostly dark chocolate desserts cause they ain't that sweet BUT the top recommendation will be the "Chocolate Pudding".
it's a WARM dish; somewhat similar to "Bread and Pudding" - warm and fuzzy is the feeling as you taste it! WOW~!

another cute creation from the chef --- strawberry tuxedo! whoever had this idea must be someone who's really creative! the end product looked so cute to be eaten manz~! we took only 1 to share~! LOL

another interesting sight - male belly dancer! hmmz.. kinda "gayish" to me!

and yes, you wouldn't believe it.. i had only 1 (ONE) drink there! hahaha!

checked out another joint which Ros had been telling me about, and that's the newly RENOVATED "Thumper" located at Goodwood Park Hotel.
interesting concept at this place cause entry is by fingerprint sensor!
YES! you need only your thumb to gain access to this joint!
for your orders at this place needs no immediate payment, not like any other joints in Singapore. party goers need only to foot the bill when exiting the joint.
i would say there's PROs and CONs to this but thus far, it's a totally new idea - very refreshing to see a club that's so PRO-TECHNOLOGY!

having been out of the "clubbing" scene for some time and away from "Thumper" for the longest time....
i'm really surprized to see a non smoking joint and with a really great band too~!
for the 1st time, i'm really happy to go home still able to smell my own perfume and not covered by "yucky" cigarette smell~!

not a bad choice to start my weekend :)
